Today, it was a good day. I attended the Bellator 214 open workout, my FIRST ever MMA media event, and I got to witness up close the ferocious power of "The Last Emperor" Fedor Emelianenko and the slick grappling of Ryan "Darth" Bader.

Aaron Pico and Henry Corrales, scheduled for a featherweight bout in the co-main position were also in attendance.

And of course, making his pro-mma debut, Jake Hager, aka Jack Swagger, threw hooks and looks to the gathered media.
